I am a chef, a wannabe scientist and a plant geek so this concept blew me away. I had started the book about 3 times but had been sidetracked for various things. I know I will be reading the book for sure after watching this doc.
What do you think?

I don't think the implication was deliberate, but a result of the poetic narration. Very cool concept though.

Obviously you have never done it. It is grueling, painful work.

I read this book for my botany class, it's excellent. I'm interested in reading his next book, 'The Omnivore's Dilemma' |

I've honestly never seen them before in my life. Looks like fun.
