IJWTS-I'm thinking of going to the history dept chair and propose the idea of doing an independant study class on the history of Christianity. The university doesn't offer that class (it's a small university and that's one class that got the budget axe a few years ago) and I'd like to take it.

IJWTS... Hi again everyone! Just popping in for a bit.
There's nothing I love more than finally being able to fit in some me time by going to get a haircut and relax for awhile while someone takes care of me.
There's nothing I detest more than going for that haircut and having the person cutting my hair create a two-inch difference between the right and left side, then have to go back through and cut all the again. Especially after i asked that my length barely be touched. I've been growing my hair, and I've lost months worth of valuable length today. I feel terrible. Also, she did a pretty crappy job on the waxing today too. Did I mention that one half of my bangs are really short, and one half are longer? all the bangs are unequal. I have no clue what they'll be able to do. I suspect the whole thing is off. I washed and dried it today (she curled it when she was finished...) and it just looks really...odd. I'm going to call in the morning and see if my usual stylist is in. I am so unhappy right now. It may sound really petty but my hair...i can't explain it. It's my baby, I guess. Some women really play up their nails and make them fancy, and some do their hair. I'm a hair lady. I feel really ugly because my hair is so messed up. even though curled it looked kinda cute because you couldn't tell if it was messed up (except the bangs...OMYLANTA) and my "beau" (not dating, but there's chemistry and in terms of connection, it's a USB, baby.) tried to tell me he was sure it would be fine, even though he hadn't seen me today because he was sick. I hope my usual stylist is in tomorrow.
Other things are going ok. Been so busy with school lately.
