soooooooo im Aaron, im 19, im from the bay area in California, I am a hardcore christian born and raised, I bounce from church to church trying to find where i belong, I am a leader in training for "Young Life"...I have many questions and need a lot of help with finding "Truth"...I used to have everything figured out but now im confused and struggling with what the bible is saying (or not saying)...The big case that i need help with is what the Bible says VS what the Charismatic church says and puts actions into (such as the Toronto blessing / being greater than Jesus / Prophecy) In short my friends have gotten HEAVILY involved with the charismatic church and I have been getting really bad feelings about it. They got involved and now there all about laughing hysterically and "being DRUNK IN THE SPIRIT!!!" Im worried and need help on these subjects.

Hello Aaron and welcome to the forums. I pray that you'll find the right church for you. Also if I may give you an advice: always compare what your friends say with what the Bible says, if what they say or do is in accordance with the Bible, then it's OK, if not, then what they are doing or saying isn't OK. IMO that is a very simple way to figure things out and it always works!
