Muslim in the house

Hey everyone, I'm glad I could be here. Was looking to join a Christianity forum as I recently joined an Islamic one too and seem to recall Lee Dodd owning this forum.

I haven't looked around properly as I admit I was slightly put of by the directory of forums but I have some questions I'd appreciate an answer too.

Firstly, is their any place non Christians such as my self can ask questions? Because I'd love to get to know the basics of Christianity first, and am slightly put of by going into those really specific forums. I also noted the many different forums for different sort of groups/sects? My knowledge is really limited, but I'd love to learn.

Secondly, I wanted to ask a more personal question. What do you make of Islam and muslims? (Asked towards not just the Christians).

Ah thank you very much. That's one thing they don't do over at the islamic forums, tell users to pm them if they need help! They just say, "read around", haha. But they're a good bunch most of the time.

Again, thanks and I'll take you up on that. Although knowing about Christianity most of my life, I must confess I know virtually nothing actually about Christianity. Just where to start is the problem

Hello and welcome to the forums. Lately I see more and more Muslim members joining CF and introducing themselves here and I'm very happy about that!

So regarding your 2 questions:

1) There are many subforums where you can see it says (Christians only). These are places where only Christians are allowed to post, but everyone is able to read what is written there. The Theology section is one of those, and there you can surely learn many things about Christianity by reading. But if you yourself want to ask questions, then I'd say you try these subforums: Ask a Chaplain & Exploring Christianity.

2) Personally I have a special (if I can call it like that ) relationship towards Muslims, but this place here is not the best to talk about this. So maybe I'll tell you sometime later, in a PM or so if you are interested to know more.
