This was impossible even with long phone calls with them. It seems to be a disasterous anti virus with this rediculous problem getting registered. With all the advances in technology we hear about you would think this would not be a problem. |

What's more pathetic is that they can't seem to build a decent protection program with the money they make from the amount of people who buy their trash.

I recommend ESET NOD32 Antivirus. It's $40 for a 1-year subscription, and worth every penny. It is extremely light-weight (right now, it is using less than 4MB of RAM on my system), has consistently been rated #1 in heuristics. My old workplace was an ESET partner and I recommended this product to hundreds of people and never heard a single complaint.
There are two other antivirus products I feel comfortable recommending: BitDefender and Kaspersky, but both of these are resource hogs. This is why I prefer NOD32 over any other product.
As for free solutions, Avast is by far the best in my experience. AVG and ClamWin leave a lot to be desired; I recommend staying away from them.
