Only God knows. But, Yes, I think that the Tribulation Period will be ushered in during my lifetime. There are already signs and details around the world that are close to those mentioned in the Bible. The establishment of Israel as a nation again is one of the keys. Lengthy study convinces me that this is the terminal generation before the Tribulation Period. Another key is the revival of the Roman Empire (the E.U.). The ancient major players mentioned in Bible Prophecy can be easily identified today, and the powder-keg conditions of the Middle East are ripe. If you hear about a 7 year peace treaty with Israel, that will be a major key. The world laughs at Bible Prophecy, but I know it won't be funny at all.
If evolutionists are embarrassed by their faith in Charles Darwin - good.
Evolutionists don't have faith in Charles Darwin any more than physicists have faith in Einstein or electricians have faith in Tesla.

Most evolutionists are of the Christian faith. If some of them are embarassed for such, well, I can't say I blame them.
Let'em get embarrassed --- as for us:

Philippians 2:5-11 KJV Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

I'm not the one that's going to stand before my Saviour and say Adam and Eve were mutant, copy-errors made in His likeness and image.
Nope. Neither am I.
(and no, not in that "Oh, gee, I was an evil evolutionist atheist but now I've met my maker and see how wrong I was and now know the truth" way that I expect you would probably try to turn that into, so don't even go there.)
