Here's wishing you all the best, Pax.

Not where he eats, but where he is eaten: a certain
convocation of politic worms are e'en at him. Your
worm is your only emperor for diet: we fat all

Nothing but to show you how a king may go a

In heaven; send hither to see: if your messenger
find him not there, seek him i' the other place

KING CLAUDIUS
Go seek him there.
To some Attendants

He will stay till ye come.

Depends on if one can justify an infinite punishment for finite crimes. That's like giving a life sentence to a college pot smoker don't you think?

This reduces God to an automaton. Or a tyrant.
And who said God glosses over the crap?
And then there's the question of justice. Is God's justice punitive (i.e. giving people what they deserve) or distributive (i.e. giving people what they need). There is certainly biblical warrant for a view of God's justice as punitive, but the witness of the Christ and the prophets is that God's justice is distributive.
Still, you haven't answered your own questions from the original post.

I thought you were just asking some questions here, didn't see this as a debate. I still don't. What I say stands, despite your follow up statements. It doesn't change how I view things at all

Those people being the ones who did not participate in God's distributive justice.
