She has always been an inspiration to me-she's so loving, generous and caring. I don't know if I would have survived my traumatic childhood if not for her. I don't understand why such a wonderful woman has to suffer. Where is God in all of this?? Someone please help me understand!!!!!!!!! |

To answer your question on why: the root cause is sin, not her sin but sin and the damage it's caused to us all.
Read Romans chapter 5, it will help you understand why things are the way they are.
But the bottom line is this, your Aunt has hope, that hope is heaven and eternal life with her savior Jesus. The lost man that does not suffer in this life has no hope.
Jesus asked this: what does it profit a man to gain the world but lose his soul?
I am sorry to hear about your Aunt, I prayed for her, that her faith remains strong. I also pray that your faith grows.
God bless

Receiving the spirit of God is a miracle, it's a gift given to those that have been allowed to see their lost condition and they cry out to the Lord: Romans 10:9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. |
