Actually, I think Burden of Proof is on you as the one claiming that Big Bang theory has been abandoned.

This reminds me of one fact. Henry Morris is widely credited with the being the father of modern creationism. The irony being that even Morris borrowed heavily from George McCready Price's work in the 1920's. Even the Father of Modern Creationism was unoriginal.
