Well, Maybe I misworded that originally. But belief will always be a factor, if only for those who've witnessed it. It may not be very scientific but it'll always play a part in one's own understanding. Belief only never effects those who studies a Phenomon sans personal experince. Maybe this is a good thing. Or maybe not. Eitherway, it is what it is.
