Yes, it was nice, no doubt about it, but for those of you who are new-ish and haven't been reading AL's posts for the last year, there is more to it than what is just written here. Based on what he's said in the past, I think he was mostly just blowing off steam anyway.

Wisdom would say that you just don't wake up one morning in a marriage as say I no longer have a desire to be intimate with my husband. There must be circumstances between this timeframe that has brought about this change in her emotional attitude. In most women this comes about through a searing of the heart by something that has devastated her in some way.


But wisdom doesnt disctate that whatever happened flows from her husbands behavior. This is the "therefore" that is the usual leap in thinking. IF...just IF the question is asked in such a way as to not be an impeaching question...it works. Impeaching questions are self defined.
