Origins TheologyForum for the discussion of Creation Science (Young/Old) vs Theistic Evolution. Discussion of Atheistic Evolution should be taken to the Discussion and Debate forums.
I know Dawkins finds the alien hypothesis more likely than divine intervention, but I don't think he takes either seriously.

You guys do realize this video is pure sarcasm, right?
Really? I feel so burned. Being a religious person, I guess I'm just so used to accepting what I hear without thinking, I thought for sure it was a legitimate video.

I know he doesn't take it seriously, he said so at the American Atheists '09 thingy. He was commenting on quote mining and he used his clip from Expelled as an example. He said that when he was asked about being created (I forget the exact question) he was basically trying to go out on a limb to give it the tiniest chance he could, and aliens was the best he could do, and he made it clear that it's not what he believes. He was just trying to be nice...

I haven't changed his outfit since July 4th. I need to dress him in his Halloween finery.

After the movie came out he's written and spoken about it trying to distance himself from what he said because people mildly freaked out that he said it. But I don't see why he sees the need to take back what he said. If a-biogenesis is a legitmate idea then alien-biogenesis is equally legitimate.
But, Dawkins publicly making a fool of himself for the sake of being nice? Ho ho, that's rich. I think panspermia itself is more probable than that.
You can listen and decide for yourself. Quoting or quote-mining? (Ignore the over-zealous clip title.)
