Reps: 10 (power: 0) | | | Tell us your best bible verse I was at a christian meeting on evening when the cordinator told a story of an old woman in a village. It was a bible study, and each attendee was asked which bible verse they love most. Many quoted their favourite scripture verses, when it was the old woman's turn, she said with muttering lips ".... and it came to pass". The cordinator asked why she loved that verse so much and she responded, "because everything God says always come to pass"
Friends, tell us the verse that exites your spirit man and rejuvinates you. Wanna know mine? Okay "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us" Eph 3:20

"Therefore [...] be steadfast, immovable, abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labour is not in vain."
Not - Jesus is risen therefore we are going to heaven when we die, but Jesus is risen therefore we have a job to do - and get your wallets out (16:1).

That's right, we as Christians must never forget that all our labor in the Lord is in ARTERY.

Sorry, another one that means a lot to me, Hebrews 2: For this reason we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away from it.

here is the conclusion of the matter:
Fear God and keep his commandments,
for this is the whole duty of man.

whenever we have a death in the family, someone always reads Ps. 121- I lift up mine eyes to the hills, from where does my salvation come? It comes from the Lord.
