I think I may have shared this before but this a new thread and we all need to look afresh at how the Lord sees us.
HOW BEAUTIFUL YOU ARE MY BRIDE
How beautiful you are my bride,
Please do not try to hide,
I have gone before you,
And I have prepared a way for you.
Every promise I will keep,
For I have already made a conquering leap,
No matter what comes against you,
Know that I am with you.
My resurrection power is greater than your problems,
You just need to claim the victory over them.
Speak to your mountains and they will be removed,
For that mountain of fear, grief or debt I have conquered.
There is no temptation that you cannot withstand,
Just come with me as I take you by the hand,
I will lead you in the way that you should go,
Stay by my side and my ways you will get to know.
Oh my darling one, my bride come away with me,
The beauty of my Kingdom I long for you to see,
Winter is passing , we have the promise of spring,
Come away with me a new song to sing.
I look a leap upon the Mountain of Calvary,
But on the third day I rose victoriously,
And I did it that your sins might be forgiven,
So that you my bride might be with me in heaven.
Do you know that I want to heal your sickness,
I want you to start to your faith release,
For there is no circumstance where I am not in control,
I want you healed up totally my bride and made whole.
Do you know I will guide you and equip you always?
You will carry the sweet fragrant aroma of my presence,
I am with you every second of every day,
And I have given you my Spirit to help you be me my witnesses.
Ah, my, sweet lovely bride how beautiful you are,
Please do not try to glimpse at me from afar,
I have so much more to reveal to you, I long for intimacy,
I want to embrace you with my kisses, come out of your complacency.
Come away with me, my sister, my bride, my beloved ones.
It’s time for you to come and enter into my throne room,
Behold my glory and the beauty of my countenance as you gaze upon me,
There is so much more I have to teach you from this place of intimacy.

The truest test of apostolic love was put to Peter by the Lord Himself, "So when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, 'Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?' He said to Him, 'Yes Lord; You know that I love You.' He said to him, 'Tend My lambs.' He said to him again a second time, 'Simon, son of John do you love Me?' He said to Him, 'Yes Lord; You know that I love You.' He said to him, 'Shepherd My sheep.' He said to him the third time, 'Do you love Me?' And he said to Him, 'Lord, you know all things; You know that I love You.' Jesus said to him, 'Tend My sheep." (John 21:15-17 NAS).
To Be Passionately Devoted to Christ Is to Feed the Sheep
Jesus was not talking about teaching or preaching to the sheep. I think Jesus was saying to Peter, "Your denial of Me took something out of your brethren. It shook them to see your lack of devotion, your cowardice. Now, let your love for Me be such that it will feed them. Let it feed their hope, their needs."
The church needs more examples of totally devoted lovers of Christ upon which to feed. I feed on the example of holy men and women of God. That kind of love is so beautiful it affects me; it feeds something very deep in me; it feeds my hunger for God. Their absolute devotion and love for Christ creates hope in me. So much so that I get more spiritual food from one who lives holy and devoted than from all the preachers and teachers who preach one thing and live another.
Some Christians leave me empty and dry - their lack of love for Christ makes me feel depressed. They are lukewarm; they affect my spirit like a glass of ice water in my face on a cold day. Their drooping spirit takes something out of me. They have nothing to give - they feed no one.
Jesus Christ is the Bread of Life. When you love Him with all that is in you - you are the feeding kind. He who truly loves me as a brother is the one who loves the Lord with all his heart. I love the lost by loving Him the most. His love in us becomes a beacon of light - a hope - an invitation - a life-giving example.

Just the other night I was talking to Jesus, telling Him how much I love Him and want Him to come back....and I believe I heard Him say, "Share."
This word fits right with that.
Thank You God!!

Posted this today in a blog....can't stop thinking about Him!!!
The most important thing....
Learning how to love Him.
This is from an excellent book by Tommy Tenney, "Finding Favor With The King." If you love Jesus, if you want to learn to love Him more, read this book!
"Indulgent worship creates a sleepless King." Just as King Xerxes couldn't sleep after enjoying the wonderful banquet prepared for him by Esther, so Jesus is affected by our hearts poured out for Him. I want my love for Him to be relentless, unyielding, constant, fiery and true. I want to bless Him instead of just asking Him to bless me. God help us to do this always.
Listen to this song! :-) Give Him your heart, your self, and give Him joy. http://www.playlist.com/playlist/additem/566709521

Yes One Night With the King is my desire. Thanks Amylisa this is precious. I was firrst introduced to Tommy Tenney's writing through "God Chasers" what a blessing that book was for me. Then I heard about the movie "One Night with the King" addapted by the book you mentioned, rented it and my heart was increased with love for My King! Then I procedeed to go back to the book of Esther, wow did it take on such a new appeal. It has become one of my favorites.
So thanks for sharing,
Amy, Amy, Amy! both those posts were sooooo rich! I love this encouragement to focus on Jesus. loving him both feeds his longing to be loved as well as feed others and draws the lost to Christ. The song was really cool too!
Jeff Amy and I are are big fans of One Night With the King. we saw it twice together in the movie theater and we both own the DVD.
Good stuff!
I think that later I am going to post my story about Jesus being anointed by the sinner woman.
I love the theme of ministering to Yeshua!
