How is the church going to find out whether an individual is having sex outside of marriage? Surveillance?

Let's kick out nearly all of the divorced and remarried people, too...

IMHO...nobody should feal remorse about sex unless we're talking about adultery. Otherwise...sex is a good thing that God commanded us to do (see Genesis 1).

And while were at it we might as well have every orginization, conglomerate, government, group, club, company, etc... kick everyone out.

As long as I get to be the kicker.

People go to the doctor generally because they feel bad. People go to church for much the same reason ---- because they need direction, help, guidance, love, understanding..... And they have no clue as to were to start.

Right. I started when I was kicked out. Everyone should be so lucky.

People that divorce for reasons other than infidelity and remarry are unrepentent adulterer's and should be kicked out of every Christian church.

They won't though because Christians pick and choose which laws to follow and/or enforce. Jesus wasn't the slightest bit ambiguous about his condemnation of divorce yet divorce seems to be the one most tolerated, rationalized and justified of sins in our cutlure. That screams to me as doubt... and if you doubt the bible then you should doubt your religion.

No, I do not believe they should.

From what I have read in the Bible/and from a Biblical stand point- The Christian God would like for everyone to love one another and get along with each another as humanly possible.

Thanks for the question.

actually our church does take a stand against a remarriage that is not biblical. I know many pastors who would refuse to officiate such a wedding.

When I got married to my husband, we went to my pastor and his circuit pastor to discuss the reasons behind my first marriage ending in divorce. We wanted to be sure that our (my) re-marriage was biblical. It was. Had it not been, we would not have gotten married.

Ummmm...Out of curiosity: You would not have gotten married, and then what? Dating into perpetuity?
