For instance, notice you used descriptors like "insufferable, torture, stuck, hell, & die" for your current existence.
In that case, it's certainly understandable why you'd want that to end. And the sooner the better, for sure.

And mind you, we are friends with many Individually-unique people/scientists,
sharing this & many other wonderful qualities of God's successful children. When you pay close-attention to such,
you Notice all kinds of skills, like positive, constructive empowering BELIEFS, for anyone's life enrichment continuously...
So you see, to Peacefully immortally live & play in this kind of Heaven is simply BLISS
And the best-part God invites you to Come, and play... eternally along with us too! Heaven!!

Remember that this is religion, i.e. you're allowed to use your imagination. What if it's not possible to become bored or tired of (after)life in Heaven? What if one will be eternally happy and fullfilled? That's not torture, that's the ultimate dream.
You, probably unintentionally, give the impression that you reject christianity due to wishful thinking.
Personally my lack of belief has to do with lack of evidence.
I think it would be hell to go to heaven, if heaven exists it's full of ignorant dead people, don't forget there are only Christians in heaven, no Muslims or Hindu or any of the hundreds of other religions, all of those unlucky people who never had the good fortune to be born in a Christian country or be raised by Christian parents or even move to a Christian country, the Christian God is really a God of love to let billions of people end up in hell because they were not given the right information.
If I were ever to need religion I would not pick Christianity because it seems to be the most evil and unforgiving out of all of them.
In a hundred years time Islam will be the dominant religion throughout the world and Christianity will be confined to the US bible belt.
It should be noted that such a narrow view of who goes to heaven is generally confined to fundamentalist sects of Christianity. It does not represent the view of all of Christianity, and I dare say it doesn't represent the majority either.

IF the definition, of "living forever" - to someone means: Sitting...& merely watching... the world go by
(as all too many do now), then that continues amounting,
like you said, to STAGNATION still, like so much pond scum.

When, as so many Thinkers... Scientists... Athletes... &
others of us are doing... pushing our BELIEFS & therefore limits of what is possible
(given a few human-limits), further & further HEAVEN eternally is blissful evolution
