I would love for those who pray to pray for my son, who has just turned 20 today. He is chemically dependent and Ive had to move from my home and not take him with me. It has been a hard decision. He is coming today for his birthday for cake and dinner and a gift from me. He has emotionally suffered due to a lot of things in his life and he really needs to see God right now. I am a minister but I am also his Mom. I know that God can send to him a mentor, Father figure , who can show him his true Father and be a good example for him. I am a single mom. My kids are mostly grown and have been churched all their lives. Our lives turned upside down when my oldest son was murdered while in the US army. It will be 10 years this month. My other son has had a harder time then the girls have. I am giving him some tough love but not forsaking the love that Christ wants me to give to him. I trust my Lord, but prayers are the greatest comfort to me!
