There is one Bible, but many translations of it. I personally use the ESV which takes the original Hebrew and Greek and uses a more literal translation of what the words mean.

So what bible should I read ? Cuz there are many bibles not one as you know . That make me ask why it's not only one bible ?
Most translations are a good start I prefer King James, but also use New International Version, a good place to compare is found at the following Matthew 14 (Blue Letter Bible: KJV - King James Version)
you can even get the original language lexicon there to see what the word may mean from the original.
If you have trouble with those there are a few easier ones to begin with the new Message bible is ok but a little watered down, it is a paraphrase of the bible but it is useful along with another bible reading them side by side and there is the parallel bibles that actually have 4 different versions side by side for study.
Hope I didn't confuse you more. One more thing when you do read and study the bible ask God to teach you by the Holy Spirit and He will reveal to you what you need to hear. I also read the text out loud so that I might hear the words, this helps our faith, 'faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God"

Do you mean that all bibles has the same meaning of the gospel that jesus was preaching and it's one bible but different translations ?

The bible says even the devil believes, and Jesus said pick up your cross and follow me.
So the question is who are we following? Faith is not just believing it is about action. Obedience to God is better than sacrifice. The bible has a lot of paradox. ie.. lose your life to gain it...a grain of wheat must die first before it grows into many seeds...when we are weak He is strong. The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing but unto us who are being save the power of God 1 Cor. 1:18. Our thinking must be renewed I can not rely on my own thoughts. For us that are in Christ the bible teaches us that we have the mind of Christ. For old things are passed away and all things become new when we are born from above.
