Religion has steadily declined in America since 1945, and health care/welfare costs have steadily risen. I believe there is a obvious link between evil/sin and disease, death, destruction and poverty.
I believe the only real method of changing people is for them to accept Jesus Christ as Lord/Savior and to commit to following the commandments/doctrines of the Bible. If a person does not accept Jesus Christ, then they are not doing everything possible to prevent the need for health care/welfare.
Matthew 25 clirus - you still are unable to address this passage so your theology relies on dismissing Christ.

People treated under the EMTALA are still legally responsible for the costs incurred. You don't even know how your own system works!
Patients are treated without demand for upfront payment because, previously, patients were "dumped" and left to die if they were unable to show they could pay for treatment.
No civilized culture wants that system.
I still believe the fact that there is a two level system (which is also a economic rationing system) in Australia indicates that many are dissatisfied with the basic health care (Medicare and PHS) and want more if they can pay for it.
We have a system that provides healthcare to all, some people want to be covered for other things (such as sports injury related care) and they can get that in addition.
What's the problem?
If the private doctors get more for their services than the public doctors (employed by the state -wow) don't you think there would be a tendency for the better doctors to go into private practice than to go into public practice?
If that were the case, so what?
There is still a minimum standard that all doctors meet, the top 10% of doctors can't treat everyone, nor do they need to.

My theology relies on understanding God. I believe just understanding Jesus only gives a person half of the understanding of God, because God is both Love and Righteousness..

I am not sure I did anything that I should apologize for.
I posted a statement by another person and requested comments.
I got no comments, so I asked questions.
Based on the answers to the questions, I made observations/conclusions and asked more questions.
If you do not agree with my observations/conclusions just say so. We may agree to disagree, but I do not see a need for me to apologize.

You are correct that people treated under the EMTALA are still legally responsible for the costs incurred, but most never pay.
In a civilized cultural, everyone would do everything possible to prevent the need for medical care. What do you do with those that wilfully engage in activities that are known to end up requiring medical care such as smoking, gluttony, homosexual activity, adultery, etc.?
The Bible advocates prevention of needing health care by stating, "Thou shall not.....". What do you do with those that wilfully disobey the commandments/doctrines of the Bible? The only cure described in the Bible is for people to seek the healing that Jesus offers in the form of forgiveness of sin, after the person accepts Jesus Christ as Lord/Savior and commits to following the commandments/doctrines of the Bible. The cure of the Bible is not physical cure, but spiritual cure, the scars of sin are there forever.

Not everyone in an emergency room is there because of wilful risky behavior, but I believe most are. I believe the excess costs of medical care are from the wilful risky activity and not from accidents, emergencies, etc.

That is absolute nonsense. You fail to understand the nature of God, the fact that Jesus is God the Son, and you fail to include the Holy Spirit at all.
You cannot dismiss Christ and remain a Christian - Christ must be in your theology - most people would assume he would take a prominent role rather than be dismissed because he doesn't fit in with your personal desire to subvert scripture to your own human notions.

That is hilarious. So anyone who feels no remorse is automatically innocent. That is a nice low bar. I don't think Hitler or Stalin came across as particularly remorseful, perhaps God wasn't angry with them either?
