I actually like the idea of some sort of lighting if it's a sunset ceremony. I'd probably go with a luminary rather than a tiki torch but that's just me
Something like this
They even have them with cutouts specific to weddings....likes doves or hearts or a silhouette of a couple but I don't think that would fit your style of wedding at all. I'd probably just line the path you (the bride) would walk down with simple luminaries like the one above

I like something like this for the groom, but of course, it's up to him.
Or something similar - maybe an orange shirt to match my flowers OR white shirt with khaki (or dark brown) pants. Pretty casual, though as I don't really think my dress is very formal.
