Focus Magic goes for $45, and looks like you can demo it first.

FocalBlade is one that I have used with pretty good sharpening success in the past>

Scroll down to "You need one of the following applications to use the 32bit Windows versions:" to see if you have an app that you can use FocalBlade with as a plugin.

Or, maybe you can upload it here, or some place like ImageShack® - Image Hosting and let one of us here, or over at Photography/Members Gallery - Christian Forums see what we could do with it.

If you're looking for a free Photoshop-esque program you should check out the GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program). It has a sharpen tool in it, which sounds like what you're after. The program isn't specifically designed for photos--but it is a graphic editing suite.

I would recommend GIMP as well. Depending on how blurry it is, it may not be possible to sharpen it enough, but that's probably your best free bet.

Thank you very much, I will try gimp and perhaps if I can't do it I will ask the photo forum here as rdale suggested.
