Here, clearly, Fleckenstein has struck a nerve. His list, originally published as a series of Twitter posts, has gone viral via email. Within days, the liberal fascists published his personal information on Twitter as a means to silence him. Fleckenstein promises legal action. It’s easy to see why the liberals are tripping over themselves to suppress the information Fleckenstein unearthed. At its best, the information Fleckenstein culled from the bowels of the ObamaCare bill are absurd. When you really understand what the ObamaCare bill is and what Congress and Obama are trying to do with it, however, it turns from absurd to nearly terrifying. Hospitals cannot expand without government approval. • Page 321: Hospital expansion hinges on “community” input: in other words, yet another payoff for ACORN. • Page 335: Government mandates establishment of outcome-based measures: i.e., rationing. • Page 341: Government has authority to disqualify Medicare Advantage Plans, HMOs, etc. • Page 354: Government will restrict enrollment of SPECIAL NEEDS individuals. • Page 379: More bureaucracy: Telehealth Advisory Committee (healthcare by phone). • Page 425: More bureaucracy: Advance Care Planning Consult: Senior Citizens, assisted suicide, euthanasia? • Page 425: Government will instruct and consult regarding living wills, durable powers of attorney, etc. Mandatory. Appears to lock in estate taxes ahead of time. • Page 425: Government provides approved list of end-of-life resources, guiding you in death. • Page 427: Government mandates program that orders end-of-life treatment; government dictates how your life ends. • Page 429: Advance Care Planning Consult will dictate treatment as patient’s health deteriorates. This can include a GOVERNMENT ORDER for end-of-life plans. • Page 430: Government will decide what level of treatments you may have at end-of-life. The way was paved for socialism by the 14th amendment back in the civil war. Before that time a U.S. federal citizenship subject to congress was not firmly established. Some speculate this and contemporary amendments were the actual reasons for the instigation of the war. Members of the funding 'secret six' were associated with unitarian universalists which had a socialist persuasion and outlook.
Socialism has expanded under the guise of "U.S." FEDERAL citizenry since that time. During the first 2 World Wars, great inroads were made towards socialism/communism using the foundation of 14th amendment citizenry as it's populace and the so called Patriot ACT is the planned result of the WTC attacks has continued those inroads. Take the bankers bailouts as recent observation. The congress rejected the first idea which was much less than 100 pages (much less if memory serves correct) Then only a few days later, they pushed through a 400 ? page bill stating the if the congress didn't approve this act immediately, the economy would collapse. Guess what, the feds and the shadow govt already had the 400 page bill planned all along.
In page 170 of your post there is the term non-resident alien. Non resident alien is usually understood to be a person/citizen from another country who does not live permanently in one of the 50 united States.
But a non resident alien with respect to being subject to federal citizenry, the U.S. (federal) citizenry of the 14th amendment, is a person who does not live in a federal territory and who has not willingly, willfully given his/her allegience to be subject to the U.S. federal 14th amendment govt via an oath of immigration, oath of servitude. A federal U.S. resident is a person who lives or resides in one of the federal territories (guam, puerto rico, Marinara Islands and sometimes D.C. and etc)
The alien status refers to his political choice of citizenry. By being alien, it simply means that they have not given their political allegience and alliance to the U.S. federal citizenry (of babylon). Being born or living in a state of the union is not the same as being a 'citizen' of the U.S. And living in one of the 50 states of the union even after age 18 does not mandate that one is a willfull 14th amendment 'citizen' of the congressional federal U.S. Citizenship is by choice and election and results in an obligaton to political alliance and allegience of ones labor and person. 14th amendment citizenry is a subjugate socialist citizenry composed of revokable and changeble privaledges to 'animals'; as opposed to a free, individual, independant yet free to be communal citizenry.
Thus, you can be a resident/citizen of a nation-state of one of the states (Pennsylvania constitution states all persons born in Pennsylvania are free and independant) and yet be alien (in your personal political allegience) to the 14th amendment citizenry of the federal territorial U.S. and thus you are a non-resident alien with respect to 14th amendment (U.S. federal) citizenry and also alien to at least the individual aspects of federal income tax. You can (as some are doing) even proclaim a 'citizen' of the kingdom of God (commonwealth of new covenant individual Israel) and thus be a non-resident alien with respect to Federal 14th amendment (socialists babylonian citizenry).
Janet Reno did a survey on 15 Statute at larger; the Act of expatriation, which was enacted 1 week before the 14 amendment federal U.S. citizenry. In that act, expatration always refers to the citizenship clause of the 14th amendment and not from any State constitution or with respect to the 1st 13 amendments of the Constitution or with respect to the Declaration of Independance from the Crown.
This confirms that on can live free and independant in the united states and not be a 14th amendment federal U.S. citizen. Thus they would be non-residents of a federal area and alien to 14th amendment U.S. citizenry in their political allegience.
It is my opinion that in order to advance their own kingdom, and to suppress the victorious status of the kingdom of God, which is supported by the Declaration of Independance, and the states constitutions, zionists funded and backed the futurists doctrines that would teach a pushing off the reality of the kingdom of God in the present age while teaching something called a 'church age' and by also teaching a misinterpretation of Rom 13, the taxation passages and others that would water down the eternal laws fully empowered from heaven and politically established by the work of God/Christ in the kingdom of the Creator.
Interestingly, one of the lawyers for the 'secret six' was the same lawyer with whom one Cyrus Scofield had a law partnership (and accused of fraudulent activity) in Kansas during the post war era. To advance humanist socialism, the the teaching of the present empowerment and victory of the internal kingom of God needed to be indoctrinated against.

3. Taken over a car company and threatened two others.

This bill is a massive government takeover of the lives and freedom of the American people, in line with other Western nations, as a mechanism for implementation of global control...Rev 13 shows an entity with control over the population and the financial system.

Optimistic projections by people that aren't in the business of telling lies for money like most conservative media outlets project that at most 10m people will be on the public option TEN YEARS from now. Not exactly a government takeover of healthcare.
