So, now you turn to insults... dude, you need to back off... I am not endorsing GLENN BECK nor am I endorsing what HE is saying...
MY question to this thread is "what say you?"
You have said... and then you have suggested that I am hopeless intellectually...

2 Peter 3:9 (KJV) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. |

If you can't debate based on the facts and have to resort to personal attacks, then YOU are the one with the intellectual problem.

I tried to debate based on widely accepted intellectual principles (the burden of proof is on the person making a positive claim since a negative cannot be proven) but the burden was still put on me, so I was out of options.
I've placed in the 98th/99th percentile on general knowledge and hard logic tests, so I'll gladly put that against anyone here. |

You didn't even watch the video or else you would've seen the proof. You just saw "Glenn Beck" and went on a tirade and an attack.
And I'll go toe to toe with you any day. |

I can build a computer from scratch and tear it down, and I can tell you without a doubt he's blowing smoke. For starters, spyware generally does not come with a disclaimer on it. Secondly, a website cannot access anything on your personal computer other than cookies placed by that site, unless you install external software which the cash for clunkers website does not.
Corporate boilerplate just as frequently contains blatantly 'off' text as well, like 'if you write something on this site, we own it forever and can use it for whatever purpose we wish without compensating you'. It doesn't mean anything legally. And I'll go toe to toe with you any day.

The government has since backed down from it's disclaimer. Hot Air Blog Archive Beck declares victory: Cash for Clunkers website changes terms of use
I believe it was a test to see if they could get away with it. |
