Questions about Purgatory.....

Hi everyone.... I hope your day is going great! I have some questions about Purgatory..... Why does the Catholic Church believe in Purgatory? Can you tell me any places in the Bible that it suggests that there is a Purgatory?
Also, why is the Church against Reincarnation.... (I don't believe it at all) But, I would like to know why the Church doesn't think it is true...... Thanks Hope
