Do you think the unsaved can operate in spiritual principles?
For example; a generous person receives even though he's not saved?
Speaking good things over your life (that happen to coincide with the word of GOD) can work the same way as the saved confessing the Word?
Maybe even many people who think they're "pyschic" are actually working on some spiritual principle?
Just wondering.

I know my brother is an atheist, very generous and he is also now very wealthy.

Jesus, I plead Your blood over my sins and the sins of my nation. God, end abortion and send revival to America. Amen.
Everyone is always operating in spiritual principles, IMHO. We are spiritual beings after all. Whether positive or negative we are still operating within spiritual principles.
If you mean, can unbelievers take advantage of some postive spiritual principles, sure they can, they can even learn some. But without the gospel, they dont have the assurance or freedom from condemnation to make the leap from hope to faith.
Perfect faith cast out fear, and whatsoever is not of faith is sin. However, to walk in perfect faith, requires perfect knowledge. Perfect knowledge requires perfect meditation, perfect thought life, perfect etc, which though possible, is not reasonably practical or likely for us while in this fleshly suit. But love covers a multitude of sin. Love, the cross, forgiveness, makes up the gap between where our faith is, and where it should be, because we have a merciful Father who sees us through the blood of Jesus.
That means that we, as a christian who has an understanding of the blood, the cross, and freedom from condemnation, can walk in the results of perfect faith, without having yet perfected our faith. Aint it grand? But the unbeliever trying to wield these principles may have some success, but they are still at the mercy of an enemy who will take advantage of their heart condemning them, ie fear, which is the natural state of the unconverted human heart.
Peace...
