I hope that the British people wake up to themselves one day before it's too late. Otherwise, a foreign power will do what Hitler failed to do in WW2-take over. However, takeover from within is far more insidious than takeover from outside.
Please don't ever, ever patronise us and tell us how to run our own country. Ever. I don't know what country you're from (frankly, I don't care), but you're clearly not British. I'll have you know Islam has been in Britain for hundreds of years now. Muslims have given their lives over such conflicts as World War 1 and World War 2 for this green and beautiful kingdom. We have a little thing over here called 'religious tolerance', and Muslims are proudly just as much a part of British society now as the indigenous white Anglo Saxon populace. We will strive to seek their needs, such as justice, just as we will strive to serve the needs of any other large religious group in Britain.

How is Shar'ia backwards, or will lead to an oppresive regime? Properly utilized, Shar'ia provides more safety and comfort than what is offered in Western Nations. Courts would not be backed up, and crime would be drastically lower.

Exactly. Thank you. The day that fundamentalist Islam creeps into Britian is the day that Britainers will rethink did they really win WW2?
Because given a choice between Hitler invading Britian or Islam, I'll gladly take Nazism anyday. At least with Nazism, you won't be at risk of being publicly flogged for talking to a woman who is not your wife.
