There is ongoing harrassment. The company has lost two cases of harrassment in the past. The owner seeks to control by intimidation.
He doesn't realize that such behavior creates bitter and nonproductive employees. The two supervisors he depends on to 'keep others in check' are stabbing him in the back all the while.
I, being a Christian, know that I am to be a good steward of the responsiblities I have there and I always work toward the company's prosperity. When I try to bring things to his attention that one of the supervisors is crossing the line. He takes heads off. 'Everyone should be happy they just have jobs, they have NO RIGHTS as long as their working for me maybe we just need to let whoever is complaining GO'.
Recently, they let a girl go who was a victim alot of this abuse. She would run to the restroom and cry, once was in there for an hour. They LAID HER OFF the week she was going on maternity leave and she ended up in the hospital that day, due to stress related complications. They did a real number on her to make it appear that she was incompetent to justify letting her go.
I have seen such long drawn out senarios of harrassement played out with several employees. She came to me and told me that some of the harrassment was sexual on the part of the owner himself. I fully believe.
I've submitted prayer about such ongoings before and some of the people HERE convicted me...'at what point are you not part of the problem, Divina?' I try to help. My boss will make things harder on either me or everyone else to make people understand, as he says...'you have no rights here'. I'm always trying to bring things to his attention to maybe save him a law suit and for his own good...see what is happening.
Its sickening and very difficult to maintain that good stewardship when I can't really respect them. Certainly can't trust them. The job market is so difficult right now, I need to find another job.
If this girl calls on me to 'confirm' her alligations. I cannot NOT be there for her. I am worried of his retaliation, some.
I know this man is NOT my provider and GOD will provide. Please pray God strengthen and give me understanding of what I should do without fear of financial devastation if I loose my job or quit. It becomes harder and harder to stomache everyday...especially because they know 'I KNOW' so much. I don't know if that makes me MORE secure in my job or less sometimes. And pray for Owner, Steve...Prod. Mgr, Ricardo...Quality Control, Martha.

Father, I know that NOTHING is too hard for you. Soften the heart of this owner who is in need of your mercy and guidance. Give him wisdom to make right choices and bless our sister with the direction, she is seeking. Give her strength and peace that passes understanding just knowing this is in your hands. Renew her faith and spirit so that this won't get her down and so that she won't give up until things are right. Thank you for this and for all you do, Amen

Father God, this is such a difficult place for Divinah to be. I lift up this situation and ask that You will take over and make things right in that company. I ask that the unfairness and the harrassment will stop. I pray that these kind of circumstances will not claim any more victims. I ask that You will release Divinah a christian from being in the middle of unrighteousness unless it be clearly Your Will that she be needed as a part of healing in this company. I lift up Steve, Ricardo and Martha and ask that You will open up their hearts to understanding, may they review not just the present case but all the past cases against them so they may see how they are accountable for some of their past actions. Bring them to a place of wanting to make amends with their employees, bring peace to the company employers and to their employees In Jesus Name, Amen

Father God this young women really needs Your help right now. She is in a horrible situation, and her heart is crying out to You oh Lord. I pray God that You will hold her close as You guide her. Lead to another job God, a job where she will be able to glorify You. She is continuing to do the right thing God, please bless her for this.
