I continually have dreams where I'm running for my life much like your dream. And the dreams are extremely realistic and I can't parallel them to my life at all. Interesting to say the least.
I would suggest that the next time you have a similar dream, that you record it and then ask the Lord to give you understanding. Read his word, pray and just ask him to show you what it means. I believe the Lord is showing his church much via dreams and visions, not just about what is going on with our lives personally, but what is going on with our nation and with the world and with the church as a whole. So, sometimes our dreams are related to national, local or world events. We need to be reading the news (from various perspectives), asking the Lord, too, to reveal to us how he views what is going on. He's obviously trying to show you something. I pray that he will give you the understanding that you need and desire.

P.S. I see you are from Ft. Wayne. My husband and I lived there for a year 1977-78 while he was in Bible College. He already had a bachelor's degree, so he didn't need to take 4 years. He just needed enough to get into seminary. He applied to and was accepted to two seminaries, but God had a different direction for our lives to travel, so he never did go. Anyway, we did enjoy our time in Ft Wayne.

Fort Wayne has changed a bit sense then, you don't go down town in certain parts of town alone any more... Especially if you're caucasian... Yeah. Otherwise the majority of Fort Wayne is fine, it lacks entertainment. I really don't like it here. Indiana is cold and boring, hopefully (the Lord willing) I'll be moving after I graduate next year. We shall see.
Oh I know why I'm running in these dreams... Persecution. I've already felt led to prepare a survival backpack that I may need if I need to flee to safety of the wilderness. And I know I'm not the only one who believes and has felt the need for some sort of preparations.

Did you get the email about having preparations like candles and medicines? I have yet to do that, but I wonder if I should. A friend called me yesterday and wanted to discuss what's occuring and how Christians need to respond. She lives close to a major banking center so she has extra food and is storing water for her family in preparation for disaster.
We are more rural and have relatives with freezers full of food and some canned goods. We are thankful we don't need insulin or other major medications, but if we did I would be monitoring that situation.
I have been tense the past few days and I don't know if it is life stressors or the Spirit nudging me to be aware. Anyone else experiencing similiar things?
Btw S did you see that they are planning to poke babies as young as 3mths??? The article is on the ABC news site. Doctors bragging about how they would have their children in the trials with little concern. I am wondering as someone else suggested that if they make a show of Obama and other officials getting vaccines it that will be faked for public consumption. It is getting crazier and crazier may the Lord watch over and protect all here who have believed in Him.

I get that way some times when a storm is coming. Hurricane Bill is getting close. My head has definitely been feeling something the past few days.

FYI: if no one mentioned this, the vaccine is given in two separate shots a couple of weeks apart. That would explain the "two" in your dream.
My wife and I think this swine flu business is not on the up and up and will not be taking a shot.

My wife and I think this swine flu business is not on the up and up and will not be taking a shot.
Thank you! I agree!! There is a lot of physical evidence to point to the idea that this virus is man-made by our government. It, at least, contains the virus from 1918. I read where the government took blood samples of people in nursing homes of people who were alive in 1918 in order to see if they had natural antibodies to the 1918 flu. And, someone documented that they had seen a documentary on TV where they showed that the 1918 flu was also called H1N1. Many scientists have doubts of the origin of this flu virus. I am encouraging everyone I know not to take the vaccine. I believe it is also a danger. I believe that was the premise of this dream and that it was a warning from God not to take the vaccine.
