I dont know where to ask this ...

... but a friend of mine asked a question about this picture I found on the internet. I was looking up encouraging quotes and found this picture ...



... and I was pleased with it. Just today this friend asked me in the post in the thread which I put the picture in 'What is this bird? Its beautiful' I said to her that I would check ... (it turned out to be a blank). What happened is I tried Chinese birds but could never find the right one ... compared them to the same picture I will try and find more and if it helps in here Ill put up a post on beautiful birds and you can post pictures in here of the beautiful birds you like (with their names of course) and then we can all admire the beautiful birds that live in the world we call 'Earth' ... (and know their names too because its puzzling when you show a picture of a bird and people ask you its name). I can find many pictures of New Zealand Native Beautiful Birds' and 'Australian Native Beautiful Birds' but can you please help me and this friend with the question 'What is this bird?' I will direct the friend to this post and lets see if it will help finding the bird in the picture ... the friend thinks its beautiful so it will be the second or third one in that post I think the Kaka (New Zealand parrot) is a beautiful bird so it will be the first.
