These sorts of things God sets up. It is unfortunate other nations can get offended as they do. They need to relax and work at making their countries more honorable in government and free. We do not have intentions of hurting them, just want simple lives: who doesn't.
But, anger can sweep them up sometimes and our own leaders can get weak kneed.
These things said, may we pray our leaders have strength to stand against corruption wherever it is. Not invade and attack, but simply stand strong. The carrot and stick approach can work.
God holds nations by strings and leads them where He will for His own, mysterious purposes using all sorts of leaders: good and bad.
Isaiah has an excellent portion about a siege on Israel.
