Ignoring your improper use of a category to which I technically belong, you're pointing to the difference between myself and a gorilla or a chimpanzee.
There are a number of differences between myself and a gorilla, but the ones that would fall within the purview of paleontology are largely morphological.
The further differences would probably fall within the purview of other aspects of biology.
How about non-biological differences? That is the most important part.

This is possible, but not definitive. Most likely, they will have identical genetics. And while identical twins may not be physically be precisely identical, this is due to environmental variations, not genetic variations.
You said it, the environmental control. The environment controls the genetics. if the environment does not change much, genetic change won't go very far.

Don't worry. Brainwash is just another name for a dedicated study. One has to be brainwashed first, then he will know he was brainwashed. I was brainwashed by geology. But Creationism waked me up.
