Odd, the tee shirts have nothing whatsoever to do with the Discovery Institute. Are you saying the joke is that they are using the slogan? Humor tends to have some semblance of cleverness to it - even juvenile humor like knock-knock jokes have some low level of cleverness. This seems to fail in this criteria.
