1.) Some beer I paid seven dollars for, for a single one-liter bottle several years ago. What I remember about it: It was brewed at a monastery. The last little bit had a little carbon floating in it (from the barrel, I assume). I have no idea what it was called, or where exactly it was from.

Dogfish's 90 minute and 120 minute do not taste anything like each other. The 90 minute is a classic IPA, but very strong. The 120 minute is not nearly as bitter as the 90 minute, but you better beware because 21% alcohol will sneak up on you faster than you can imagine!
