When I read this, I see myself reigning. I see myself as royalty because I was born into this family. As I go out my door, I am blessed, and so it is when I come back in. Knowing this makes me think different. It affects me in every way. I smile almost always. You can see it in the way I walk. No, it's not haughtiness. Not at all. It is a confidence that stems from my connection with the Most High, my Father. I never lack. Knowing this does something to me. You can't know this and not be changed.

Start with something that is word for word Scripture, then you will find it easier to say out loud. Start in private when no-one is listening and then keep saying it until it starts to sink in and you start to get excited.
My recommendation is to keep saying it excited at least as long as it took to say it to get excited. So if it took 15 minutes of saying it for you to get excited about it, then say it for another 15 minutes.

When I read my Bible I really think on what I'm reading, especially when something hits me. When I come across a verse of scripture that blesses me I hang there for awhile. I'll write it down so I can have a quick reference to it. I'll say it different ways with emphasis on different words at different times. Like this.

By this time, who cares what anyone says or thinks about me. Who cares what circumstances look like. God says He surrounds me with favor, like a shield! Wow!
Then I will write it down. Or I may thank Him first. Either way, I will do both.
Turn it into a prayer. Lord, thank You for surrounding me with favor as a shield.

I can see myself completely surrounded with favor. He shields me with it. All the time. Wherever I am, whatever I'm doing, 24/7, He surrounds me. I am totally convinced if this.
You can do that with anything in the Word!
