Well, he isn't neglected. He is older and not as busy in meetings as he was years ago. He doesn't have a national tv show or a big web presence. I still get wisdom and understanding nearly every time he opens his mouth. I thank God for him. He isn't non-trinitarian. Don't know where that came from.
I don't understand why someone would come here to this forum to denigrate our teachers unless they were so insecure of their own beliefs or were simply motivated by a wrong spirit. I suspect both.
Charles Capps teaches flagrant error almost every single time he opens his mouth.
I think the reason he's a 'neglected teacher' in Word of Faith is because some folks suspect he's non-Trinitarian, and WOF can hardly afford any more bad publicity.

KingZzub, to answer your original post about overlooked ministers, I would suggest Dr. Bill Basansky. He has one of the most powerful testimonies and he is such an accurate and anointed teacher. Yet, he isn't heard from much these days. He is still active in ministry, but l suspect that like Brother Capps, he just isn't doing so many meetings anymore. These days, if you aren't on TV or the radio somewhere, or pastoring, people tend to forget about you! Brother Basansky really blesses me. He used to be a part of the teams that would minister in the Full Gospel Businessmens Fellowship meetings alongside brother Copeland, brother Capps, Jerry Savelle, and so many others back in the day. A true faith pioneer.
Charles, is not only an awesome teacher of the Word, he is not high minded like some other folks on I know on T.V. He and I were in my Jeep one time and we were talking about funny stories. He was telling me how he received his pilots license. He was 18 and you had to get you parents permission if you were under 18. The funny thing was is that he was married at the time and because his spouse was an adult she could sign, she was only 18 herself... He is an amazing man! Very humble, simple, loves God and people...He is still his own pilot, that's crazy. Ya I love that funny wise man...
Wow thanks for this thread, I had heard the name Charles Capps but never looked into hearing him preach. I downloaded some podcasts of his and they are great.

Charles Capps has awesome revelation on faith. His book "faith & Confession" I think is the best book ever written on the subject. All of his books are good.
