Ahhh, I sure recognize this one. One of my own issues, I am afraid. No, not so much heretics and schismatics, but other things that are not my place to forgive.
I have other areas that have gotten me really uptight. I have a problem with some of the folks who find all sorts of fault with some of the changes from Vat. II. I got real heartburn over it.
My best friend, Fr Joe, now up with the Lord, Bless Him, asked me once what made me so sure the Lord needed help. I just said, Huh?????
What do you mean I am sure God needs help? He then asked me what Jesus commanded me to do. I started feeling that I was being moved toward a corner. I asked, "what do you mean by 'command'. He didn't reply, just sat and looked at me.
I finally said, I guess you mean the 10 Commandments. He just shook his head. He said, "I asked you what JESUS commamnded me to do. I said well he commanded me to love. He said, "anything else?" I thought about it and shook my head. No, nothing he precisely commanded.
He asked if he had commanded to help him judge. NO! To help him sort out His Church? I had to think about this for awhile. He said, "it's ok, I will change the question. "Did he elevate you to being a Bishop in the Church", I was appalled at the question. He said, "Good he didn't elevate me either."
He said, why not just relax and let the Lord and those He put in authority deal with it. He reminded me that those who he placed the greatest authority would be held more greatly accountable. He asked if I wanted to be among that number.
God rest Fr. Joe's beautiful soul. He was not only my best friend but also my Spiritual Director. He always knew exactly the right words for me.

I hope this might help you a little bit.
Great advice. Well, that was a couple days ago. I am better now. I got to confession which helped.
My problem is from the hurt they do to others, mostly from ignorance, not with judging what they do or don't do.
My problem is with forgiveness when there is no repentance.
I can't fathom the Lords Mercy some times. It amazes me.

I am not a charismatic Catholic but I am an Anglo-Catholic Episcopalian and a somewhat charismatic one at that. You certainly have my prayers.
Thanks.
That term offends me and gives me something to forgive.

One other thing my dear Fr Joe told me. He said the most unlovable people are the ones who need love the most.
Most folks thought Fr Joe was one of the most unlovable Priests they have ever known. Maybe he knew what he was talking about.
I have no doubt I am hard to love.
I'm ok with it though.
