I am a big youtube user and I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the drama. Recently the most popular Christian youtuber (Venomfangx) has closed his channel and given the baton to a fellow member known a "GEERUP". I had seen some of his videos in the past on most of them were angry rants towards youtube atheist who had angered him. I am now going through and watching some of his videos and noticing that not only is he a creationist, but he is also a "NWO" conspiracy theorist.
According to all the data I have seen the majority of Americans are creationist but I am curious to know how many you think are of the "NWO" or "9/11 Truthers" variety. They seem to be very well represented on this site but I know for a fact that judging here is not a good barometer for Christians as a whole. So what say you, how much of the American Christian population believe in a global conspiracy?
I think the only universal "conspiracy" that all Christians believe in is the devil's whisper to damn man. I personally know of 0 "911 Truthers" or "NWO" (I don't even really know what that entails).
I believe in the NWO, for such a conspiracy is prophesied in the Holy Bible in the Global leadership that will eventually be installed, though hopefully we can avert for as long as possible to save more souls. As for "9/11 Truth," I am skeptical to say the least. That being said, I wouldn't be shocked. Government is an institution God doesn't like very much, after all:

I have never been one to follow conspiracy theories - alot of the "truth about 9/11" makes me giggle because it is so far out in left field.

9/11 was used, as was the "while I am out in the area might as well get Sadam too" attitude. But now that we are at this present stage, Obama is interesting, and what agenda, what connections, what purpose...we will see.
If I were to hedge a bet, I would say that 2014/2015 may be the bigger "crisis" than the one we are having as a "world financial" crisis now.

Considering that my government couldn't pull off a hotel room burglary, and cover it up successfully back in the early 70's, I don't put much stock in conspiracy theories these days. How in the world can several various bodies of self interested political and economic interests be masterminding some devious plot to control the world, in perfect collusion, when they can't even sit at the same table without throwing hissy fits at each other? Yet, I do believe that on God's time table, not ours, there will be a final consummation of eschatological events in the future, as is indicated in the scriptures. I did quit using the daily newspaper as my method of biblical exegesis long ago. I still value critical thinking, and won't allow myself to be jerked about by every wild tale and rumor that flits about in christian circles. As a christian I still pray for and say ' maranatha'. I just prefer to stick with scripture, rather than badly written comic books and fictional novels.

You are saying we are giving them, the bad guys, too much credit, but then if we can give them, the good guys, lots of credit for all that "they" achieved so far.. the corporations, the conglomerations, the government allegiences, the unions, the institutions, why is it so hard to believe that these same organizations can be manipulated by, let's say for sake of argument, the secret society agendas? Can a group have a public relation's image and a private agenda? Can they enter into a benevolent agreement but use it for a more diabolical purpose? How are you going to tell the difference between a good guy and a bad guy? Who says a good guy is not without bad habits, or bad understanding, or betrayed? Who says the bad guy is without obvious bad habits, or does not have a good understanding of what is going on, or can not be manipulated? Our Lord said they are cunning, deceitful, and in the end, have a grand delusion, that will deceive the whole world, and if they Lord didn't cut it short, even the elect would be caught in its net.

No faith in the leaders who led us to this world wide recession has led some to call the present president a messiah and savior who will bring us out of this. Though, we really know, no one man can control everything. But eventually people will fall for this since they lose faith in God and turn to themselves and human leaders.
I even had a Christian friend at work tell me he would follow a dictator if he could help us out of the mess we put ourselves into. He said it without really thinking till I pointed out what his thinking led to. He saw my point then. People get so worried about the material futures and needs that they forget it all comes from God, not men. Thats why Christ pointed out that man can not live by bread alone.
These ideas are gaining hold more and more. They happened with Hitler and now to a lesser extent with Obama, but in a more peaceful way. Not that he is realizing it but its happening either way. Man gains more trust in himself and then the anti-Christ can step up with his one world govt.
