There is nothing wrong with admiring something that is truly true in another religion. For instance, I came across a website that tells an islamic story about Mary going east after she was with child and God told her to pull on the branches of a date tree during labor and eat the dates both of which helped her in her labor as she gave birth to Jesus, the Son of God through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Beauty is good as long as you don't let it deceive you. Remember that Eve thought that the apple was pleasing to her eye, and desirable for gaining wisdom, but God told her and Adam both not to eat of it or they would die.
As beautiful as the Catholic faith is, the one beauty above all is the Jesus Christ died for your sins, forgives you of all you sins, and has made it possible for all of us to be one with the Father, and with Him, and His Holy Spirit.
I would recommend that you cast your eyes on what you know the Lord would approve of. Go to church and look at the stations of the cross, or at your favorite crucifix within the church and pray for the islamic people who don't believe the same as we Christians do about Jesus in the fullness of what our beloved bible tells us in the Old and New Testaments.
Read your bible and don't let beauty deceive you. You can love the people of Islam and pray for their full salvation just as they do for people they believe should be converted to Islam, but we know through the apostolic witness in the New Testament who Jesus really is in all of his fullness. Even Jesus himself spoke of Old Testament prophecy that all related to the fulfillment of his coming.
I hope this helps, and God Bless You very much.
Yes, it does help. Thank you so much for this post!

Hi everyone. I have been tempted to join Islam again lately. Please pray for me.

Why would you join Islam, when you can receive the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ every time that we receive Holy Communion in the Catholic Church.

Where did you get that?
Islam doesn't believe Jesus is God...or the Son of God but a magnificent prophet who apparently didn't finish what Muhammad supposedly came to do.
Muhammad said he was the last AND GREATEST Prophet [capital P] - when Jesus already said HE was the fulfillment.

I feel that is like Islam...good analogy.

Matthew Chapter 7
7 "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened."
