Gender relationship in Heaven

This is a big issue. See if I could highlight it by the following:

[bible]Genesis 2:18 And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.[/bible]

The question is: Does this verse describe an image of gender relationship for us in the Heaven?

Thanks for your opinion.

Marriage doesn't exist in heaven.

We need to define "marriage" first, to a greater detail.

As I pointed out, Adam and Eve in the Garden is an image of marriage in the Heaven. What is wrong to have an intimate helper in the Heaven?

The only marriage in heaven is the marriage of the Lamb and his Bride, the Church.

Are you taking the word marriage literally now?

Answer me this: Do you think you would still have the spiritual nature of a woman in the Heaven? Would you expect that you could still recognize yourself after your physical death (or resurrection, whichever you choose)?

Yes, that is why the Garden is not the Heaven. And their relationship is only an "image" of the relationship in Heaven. To use a word in the Book of Hebrews, their relationship, and the marriage relationship on the earth today, are both "shadows" of the true eternal relationship. I am not sure what is the relationship really like, but I believe there will be a relationship between the spiritual "male" and the spiritual "female", who were husband and wife on the earth.

Ok it is a shadow, but a shadow of what? What do most of these OT shadows refer to?
Luke 24:27 And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he interpreted to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning himself.
Eph 5:31 "Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh."
32 This mystery is profound, and I am saying that it refers to Christ and the church.

On the other hand we have not really been told very much about what our future life will be like.
1Cor 2:9 But, as it is written, "What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him"
1John 3:2 Beloved, now we are children of God, and it is not yet revealed what we will be. But we know that, when he is revealed, we will be like him; for we will see him just as he is.

[bible]Hebrews 8:5 Who serve unto the example and shadow of heavenly things, as Moses was admonished of God when he was about to make the tabernacle:[/bible]

All your quotes simply say: we have no idea on how things are in the Heaven. However, Jesus is trying hard to tell us what His Kingdom looks like. So, in fact, we do can see something in the Heaven. That is what the Hebrews 8:5 tells us.

A person has a shadow. A dog also has a shadow. By looking at the shadows, we can tell which one is a person and which one is a dog. That means, shadow does tell something about the true identity. So, by looking at how does God tell us to live, we can understand something on how would we live in the Heaven. That is why I am trying hard to see more in the question of the OP.

Provided that this question is getting more critical with the evolving of our society. Are you for gay marriage? Are you for polygamy? Are you for a new definition of the word marriage? Either for or against, what is the base of your decision? Why does God tell us that a marriage is for one man and one woman? To me, it must have something to do with the situation in the Heaven. The marriage relationship on the earth is a shadow of a better relationship in the Heaven.

The question I asked Gluadys is a very critical one: Do you still recognize your spirit after you die? Or you would become a total stranger to yourself? If I will become a totally "new" person (earth's memory wiped out), then why should I try everything so hard in this world? And what would the White-Throne Judgement judge about?
