I read this with great sadness and a touch of disbelief. I knew her as bellaandJPforever.
(((((Katie & Steffi))))) I pray God gives you both comfort as you try to cope with this devastating loss.
It takes a special kind of person, with a special kind of calling, to work with and love the challenges of the teen forum. The heart that reaches out with warmth in an environment which is often chillingly cold is a rare one indeed.
I like to think that the most exceptional teens and young adults on this site are the ones who serve God by offering comfort and guidance in the Teen forums.
The Net often only gives you an incomplete picture of who a person truly is. But when I look at Nat's many accomplishments on here, and when I remember how the light of God just shone off of her even through this imperfect medium, I can't help but think that she must have been a much, much stronger light in real life.
She definitely left a mark on me, and it's been quite a while since I worked with her here on CF.
I pray God comforts her family and friends. God calls us all home when He's ready, but in this case, it feels like He called her home too soon.

There are quite a few things in life I don't understand, and the death of young people is one of them. Just last week when I was on Msn, we talked for the first time in a while, simply because you missed me. You were the first person to email me when I hit my year-mark for being ED free. You just knew. I remember our conversations when I trained you to be a mod...and I couldn't wait for you to be a mod. I found out you were applying and I was so stoked, because, my dear, you have touched numerous lives on this forum. It is devastating. Your loss is hard to comprehend.
I miss you. Come back online, please? I'm still in shock. This can't be happening. Any minute, you'll be back online. Right?
And yet, in all of this I know that Jesus has his arms around you right now and you're more joyful and happy than you've ever been. I can't help but smile knowing how amazingly joyful you are.
I'll see you soon, my dear friend. I'll come join you someday and we'll party, k?
I to have just heard this news its tragic, I used to talk to Nat in the cb when I first got here, she was a lovely bubbly girl, and I'm so sorry to see this post, God Bless her family and friends she will be greatly missed by all.....

Prayers for Katie, Steffi, her family, teens, and CF staff.
I echo marapetra's sentiments exactly...

But to sinners who live in a false assurance, Christ must be introduced as an example. The hard sayings of Scripture and the awful judgments of God upon sin must be impressed upon them. Defy Satan in times of despair. Say: "O cursed Satan, you choose a nice time to talk to me about doing and working when you know very well that I am in trouble over my sins. I will not listen to you. I will listen to Christ, who says that He came into the world to save sinners. This is the true Christ and there is none other. I can find plenty of examples for a holy life in Abraham, Isaiah, John the Baptist, Paul, and other saints. But they cannot forgive my sins. They cannot save me. They cannot procure for me everlasting life. Therefore I will not have you for my teacher, O Satan."[/SIZE]

^This.
She's in a better place. ANd no matter how bad that hurts, it's what God wanted.
I'd love to be up there right now with her and God. But I know, some day, I will be. And what an awesome day that will be.
You are missed, Nat.
My prayers and condolences go out to all of those who were touched, befriended, and loved by her.
