Eze 14:22 Yet behold, there shall be left in it a remnant surely they will come out to you, and you will see their ways and their doings who will be brought out, [both] sons and daughters; . Then you will be comforted concerning the disaster that I have brought upon Jerusalem, all that I have brought upon it.

Confirmed in Zec !3: 8 & 9.

The ones left after the tribulation. are here for the reason given in Eze 14:22.

There are more than one general resurection... for saints.... 1 cor 15:23 states 2 for saints and one for the dead.. rev 20:11-15
