Only a crazy person believes the voices in their head is someone ACTUALLY talking to them.
I know the visionary really meant something of a inner voice or conscience, but they responded to a question that was talking about something real, like a voice, not a metaphorical inner voice or thought. and to that they responded, YES.
So please describe Gods voice if he actually talked to you visionary.
PS: post people know the differences between men and women. Does Visionary? think about it.

That doesn't answer the question. How does god reveal himself to those that are unwilling to believe? Does he even do so?
He does reveal Himself to everyone in one way or other, or many ways. The thing is, many more people receive those revelations as from Him, follow up and receive Jesus Christ in their following up--where God is really leading, wooing.Mostly, the Lord uses His people to show the way to God. You will meet people of God who will show you the way. If you remain unwilling, He will continue to try until such time as He will let you be. Often it is the prayer of a faithful person that keeps the Lord seeking after you.
What does god's prophecy for the people of Isreal exiled into Babylon have to do with intimacy? Just because he promises to reuinite his people after 70 years doesn't seem to have anything to do with how god relates to individual people.
Seriously, you can't take random verses out of the bible out of context and expect anyone to take it seriously. Quoting things so far of the context they were written in, and giving them an entirely new meaning is basically lying. The sentence you quoted comes from a letter from god, through his prophet Jeremiah, to the Israeli exiles. It tells them about the wonderful things god will bring to them if only they endure their foreign exile a while longer. If you doubt my interpretation of the passage feel free to look at the complete passage here and respond.
Excuse me? The Word is written for me to know God. Jeremiah 29:11 is a precious promise to all. What's good for Israel is good for me---and you, if you believe Him.
I know Jeremiah, and Jeremiah 29:11 is my life verse and it is for many countless other Christians.
You will meet people of God who will show you the way.
I met many of them. Why do you think I'm an atheist. Way to GO!
if i believed in God i would be asking him why do many of his followers like av turn so many people atheist or agnostic? I would ask him why his followers are so bad at what they do. if they are indeed inspired by god, i would think they would effective.
If God wants to talk to me, He can come down here himself talk to me like a normal god. None of this Plausible deniability junk.

Yes, but it only became the truth after you had been indoctrinated..
False! It's kinda hard to indoctrinate a 10 year old. I came to Christ on my own after hearing the Gospel.
I expect they say the same things about creationists and Christians.
Who cares?
I won't need any excuses because religion is nothing but a con.
Religion is not of God...so you are right, there. But without Christ, after being given the truth, if you continue to spurn it and your life ends, you will have to stand before God the Judge with no excuse that you didn't know.
You only reached out after you had been indoctrinated.
No, I accepted the free gift of life offered to me. THEN I availed myself of the Word of God and began to learn of God.
I am not mocking, I am only saying it like it is,
you only think like that about the bible because you have been indoctrinated to think like that about the bible.
It's mockery. It's how you see it, but it isn't how it is.About the Bible---I know it has power because I have put it to the test and it stands up. Try it!
The bottom line is indoctrination, and they obviously did a good job on you, you know it, I know it we all know it, why is it so hard to admit,
they got to you, you now know the truth, they did you a big favour.
(If you like that kind of thing)
False again!
I consider what you say as complimentary, so thank you!
I am convinced, not indoctrinated!
Who's "they"? LOL!
1 John 4:10
This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.
I met many of them. Why do you think I'm an atheist. Way to GO!

What is a "normal god"?
My God did come and He does talk to me...He speaks to you also, but you don't listen.
I find it ironic that the bible says only God exists but then says not to worshop other gods ;p. When i say normal i mean a god that actually can provide a physical form or vassal to visit. im not going to beleave people 8000 generations ago that god game to earth. he is going to have to do this today in the present. If god described in the bible excpects people just to take other peoples word on it, he dident exactly have much forsight.
My God did come and He does talk to me...He speaks to you also, but you don't listen.
LoL. anything more substitive then the voice in your head?
Is it an audible voice that those within earshot can hear also, or is it something limited to inside your head?
IMost often, God's voice is heard within coming from the spirit within, and often when we are in prayer, listening, or when we are feeding on the written word. Sometimes He speaks in situations! It's wonderful to hear Him speak.
Sometimes it is audible, heard only by the person spoken to. ( I have heard it.) Sometimes it is a thunderous voice of God, that others hear. very often God speaks through the voice of a person with His gift of prophecy.
