Where do you get from the Bible that heathen need to be killed? Its not there. I have never heard it taught by anyone either.

The Deuteronomy passage is speaking of idolatry in Israel during the time of Moses. As far as anyone can tell that law was not enforced evidenced by the high incidence of idolatry among the Jews in ancient times. Anyway, since Jesus' time the Law of Moses has been surpassed by the Law of Christ... you know, the guy Gandhi admired.

As to whether a Hindu is a heathen, I am unsure what definition you are using for that word. I need to arrive at an agreement on the meaning of that word before discussing that subject with you.

By the way, when the poster posted the "man of sin" will be a Hindu, she is using a specific term from the Bible for a specific person who is predicted to arrive on earth in the last days. She did not say that all Hindus are "men of sin", and unfortunately that poster no longer posts to this forum to ask her why she feels earth's final Antichrist is going to be a Hindu by conviction. Besides, the Bible and Jesus teach us all people are sinners, not just the Hindus.

By the way, yes, radical Hindus prevent Christians from freedom of speech in India. Apparently, Hindus are afraid their people will convert if given a fair chance to hear all sides of the argument.
