Hello i am going to try to go on a diet. But i need to know if the current food i have for meals are good or bad. I know what is bad so i won't put the obvious in.
-Kraft dinner Good or Bad?
- Grill Cheese Good or Bad?
- Cheese Pizza Good or Bad?
- Garlic Bread Good or Bad?
- Toast with Cheese or Toast with Peanut butter Good or Bad?
- Pancakes Good or Bad?
- Begals with cheese or with Peanut butter Good or Bad?
- Milk (not the low %) Good or Bad?
- Kool Aid Good or Bad?
Thats all for now. Thanks
White flour products, white sugar are two examples.
A good way to construct a diet is to determine your daily nutritional needs. The gov't MDR standards are a good place to start. Try to meet the standards for your age, weight, height, body type, activity level. Purchase the best and freshest whole foods to fill those needs. Then tweak it from there. Lot's of good info out there.
Fruit every day controls sugar and bad fat. You can eat all your favourite foods with vegetables. Vegetable soup with herbs for example gives a feeling of fullness preventing overeating of foods with cholesterol. I make my own secret choice which fruit to eat most. There are the expensive powerful antioxidant ACAI and GOJI berry available online and special shops selling organic products. But the berry I secretly choose available frozen at the supermarket is cheaper and just as powerful if eaten enough each week. Fruit secrecy is necessary to avoid jealousy with your family members and friends. Even if I have a low-paid job, I can be just as healthy as billionaire Bill Gates because poor or rich we all buy at the supermarket.
Four Chicken eggs fried in canola butter every day I believe can be more easily absorbed in the body for quicker healing. Good cholesterol in eggs is the key secret of fast healing when combined with the antioxidant power of vitamin C from fruit and vegetables. Vegetables and fruit do not contain good cholesterol. Eggs do not contain enough vitamin C. Vegetarians, fruitarians and meat-only eaters must not rely on one type of food.

Reason: Another secret: chicken eggs
No matter what you eat, the basic principle of weight loss is expend more calories than you eat. Add a daily walk (not at a leisurely pace, either), run, bike ride, or skate to your routine, whatever diet you choose.
Everything on your list (with the exception of bagels & koolaid, yuck!) is food that I love. I eat what I want, but don't get heavy because I get plenty of exercise playing with (and like) a toddler. Lots of running, jumping, sword fighting and Little Tykes car pushing. I watch people at work eating cans of tuna for lunch instead of good food and feel very sorry for them. If you're miserable with what you are choosing to eat, you're going to have a difficult time staying with it.
My personal eating philosophy is: The closer it is to the way God originally created it the better it is. This means I will choose:
Olive or coconut oil rather than Canola Oil (Canola is one of the worst oils, it is a highly refined form of rape seed oil, canola actually comes from Canada oil)
Butter rather than Margarine
Honey rather than White sugar
Wholemeal flour rather than white flour.
100% juice rather than soft-drinks
Full-cream unhomogenised milk rather than Skim milk or homogonized milk
fat gain actually means you're getting an excess of calories.
your main diet should be complex carbs, lean protein, veggies, fruit. assuming you're on a diet for fat loss, do FUN cardio activities.
sugar, white bleached flour, and similar high GI items shoot your insulin levels, which increases your chance of fat gain. these are generally taken after a workout, or during some kind of prolonged exercise.
a diet?, calorie-counting? - what's that sounds like grueling hard work,
like "labor pains", but without (the BABY), at the end.
None of that, succeeds.
How about just *enjoying Nutrient-rich foods...*
you know, empowering you youthful & fun!!

that Standard-american fare is a killer! - how fast you wanna be sick?
if you aren't now, you will be before long. Why?
Where, in the "Garden-of-Eden" was any found of the above? NOwhere.
maybe garlic, later on; but that's it!
We were not created to live on destructive saturated-fats, & simple carbohydrates.
