I need a bit of help

I'm having sleep paralysis and the demons are getting old.

Could you describe exactly what happens during these times of paralysis?

(I experienced something like that as a child, but with a terrifying presence as well. Thank the Lord He healed me from that.)

I have a demon sitting on my chest tearing into my chest all the way back to my spine. I'm frozen and can't move. I know that this is sleep paralysis but I'm struggling because it is also a quasi flashback of being assaulted many years ago. I"m having a hard time separating the two.

I have heard of similar things happening.. the sitting of demons on people especially at night and on the chest area but not restricted to night.. pressing down on them.. scaring them that sort of thing..

I guess first of all I need to ask if you are believer in JESUS CHRIST.. Because in HIM and through HIM you have deliverance from every demon and every and any curse that has been put on you or your family that may have been inherited!!

For a believer they have been given a breast plate of righteousness/ spiritual armor to protect them from attacks.. which protects the chest area.. This demon attacking you on the chest.. to me represents why satan is attacking in this area..

Righteousness is really just knowing who you are if you belong to CHRIST... What HIS life on earth, death and resurrection gives to those on earth who will believe.. We receive HIS glory.. even here and now in this day and age.. becoming sons and daughters of the LIVING GOD and satan does not like that!! That gives us rights and authority here.. Satan is said to the prince of this world so that is why he attacks people of faith but also any human because we are all created in the likeness of GOD...

That the demon working for him was attacking on your heart.. seems to me to be attacking your knowledge about GOD and apparently through tearing at your chest.. the heart being the centre of your being.. what makes decisions and where your emotions come from.. going through to your spine.. would seem to be an assualt attack on your courage or willpower.. see spineless in dictionary..

Then I need to say that this is the demon of fear because a scripture came to me automatically from the HOLY SPIRIT.. if you are a believer you have been not been given a spirit of fear but of power and love and sound mind!!

If you are not a believer.. please consider giving YOUR whole self to CHRIST who is the true LORD of heaven and earth.

LOVE and GOD is love defeated satan and his demons through JESUS.. .. Perfect love casts out all fear.. so being filled with GODs SPIRIT.. whom we receive when we ask JESUS to be LORD.. will give you freedom from satan and his demons.. and a way to reclaim parts of our lives.. body, soul and spirit satan has been reigning over..

The truth sets you free.. You overcome the demon by the blood of the LAMB ~ JESUS being your LORD and SAVIOUR and by resisting the demon of fear... using the word coming from YOUR mouth.. which is the truth.. your testimony..

They must flee.. they cannot stay.. They might try.. but your faith in the LORD saves you.. whomever calls on the LORD is saved..

There is no fear where love exists. Rather, perfect love banishes fear, for fear involves punishment, and the person who lives in fear has not been perfected in love.

And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. Acts 2:21

If you are a believer.. I would encourage you to study the spiritual armor GOD has given you and use it.. ask GOD for the HOLY SPIRIT baptism.. for the SPIRIT to baptise you in the full power of GOD.. and then ask the HOLY SPIRIT to teach you what is yours through CHRIST and grow up in your faith.. knowledge of GOD!!

Ohhh there is so much more to learn for it is not a battle between flesh and blood.. but against rulers and authorities..

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

This same chapter is where you will find the teachings on the spiritual armor..

This does sound a lot like the stuff that terrified me as a child...

During these times, are you able to open your mouth and say anything? Or is your mouth and tongue also completely paralyzed?

Mate how long have you been a Christian?

What religious faith do you belong to?

Have you dabbled in the powers of darkness?

Have you dabbled with the Ouija board?

What can you share with us, because what you have experienced indicates that their is reason for these attacks.

Who assaulted you and how did this come about?

Doorways comes from unconfessed sin, unrepentant, unforgiveness, and sin.

Have you had any counselling in regards to your past experiences.

John says to us that, little children you have overcome them because Greater is that is in you. 1 John 4:4
John as a spiritual father is not asking you but he is assuring you that God is in you. He uses the phrase little children.

Little children are always terrified, fearful and often make many mistakes and they don't know the difference between right and wrong.
But John is saying here that You have overcome them.
You have overcome Fear, all powers of the enemy.
Look at the last few verses towards the end of chapter 3.

There is the presence of God inside of you. If you can be aware of that, you will say like David that the Lord is my shepherd...i will fear no evil...
Christianity has stages and the Lord wants you to move from that stage into spiritual adolescence were you will be able to break down walls by the word of your confession... The violent (biazo, the energetic,..) shall take it by force. The bible says that young men have over come the wicked one.

That's a stage of spiritual adolescence, young men are very energetic
look at 1 John 2:14.
