Practicing Faith without the Author of Faith

The ability to believe goes with our salvation which produces the ability to believe for service and in intercessory prayer are all given measures of faith that come from God. Man's faith has no inherent value without the Holy Spirit. Man's faith is not based on merit. Man's faith can only be provided by the Holy Spirit's power and it is not from man's good work. Faith don't deserve rewards but rather by God's grace (gift). True Faith is when you cannot answer a skeptic but be content to wait for more light while at the same time never forsake a great principle of God's Character.

In Ephesians 3:20 "Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us".

If you want to focus on YOUR own faith, go ahead, that's what you believe.

Don't let those who teaches you the flesh's doctrines (man-centered) of faith. Your own faith have no inherent value without the Holy Spirit. Your own faith is not based on merit.

Can Christians show strong faith without being filled by the Holy Spirit? Absolutely NO. Faith is the root of works that only the Holy Spirit provides.

The concept of man's (i.e. YOUR OWN) faith meritorious works DENIES Christ's authorship of our faith.

Our faith can only be provided by the Holy Spirit's power and it is not from man's good work.

I am going to my AUTHOR of my faith which is Jesus Christ.
