That's a fabulous idea. I've received 3 instant healings in my life (probably more that i haven't noticed) and i do praise Him for those. There's something else I've been praying for for ages now and i just don't understand why i refuse to receive what i know he wants to give. it's not like i'm less of a sinner,or less faithful when i pray for some things

It certainly can feel very much like that.. like there is nothing there.. black.. alone etc.. and that is frightening..

When I feel like that.. and I have.. and I am going through my own black times right now..

I listen to the words of GOD.. what HE says.. and choose to believe them no matter what I feel.. let those words penetrate my blackness.. and I believe it.. speak to GOD about everything as if HE was right there as HE says.. and I do get comforted.. and I am helped.. and I can promise you.. HE is faithful..

Focusing on HIM really really helps.. and makes light of everything else.. I find only focusing on HIM.. nothing else.. helps.. doing what HE says at all times.. It takes a bit of doing.. keep at it.. but the more you do this.. the more peace and strength and help you will receive..

You are not alone..
