It certainly can feel very much like that.. like there is nothing there.. black.. alone etc.. and that is frightening..
When I feel like that.. and I have.. and I am going through my own black times right now..
I listen to the words of GOD.. what HE says.. and choose to believe them no matter what I feel.. let those words penetrate my blackness.. and I believe it.. speak to GOD about everything as if HE was right there as HE says.. and I do get comforted.. and I am helped.. and I can promise you.. HE is faithful..
Focusing on HIM really really helps.. and makes light of everything else.. I find only focusing on HIM.. nothing else.. helps.. doing what HE says at all times.. It takes a bit of doing.. keep at it.. but the more you do this.. the more peace and strength and help you will receive..
You are not alone..

Please, I would ask you to pray for me. I developed diabetes several years ago and have not been able to control my blood sugar very well. I am noticing symptoms in my body of sustained high blood sugars and am concerned about those taking place that I don't notice as well. Please pray for healing and continued good health and encouragement to work hard to keep myself healthy. Thank you, God bless...

I had such beautiful hair -now Iam balding
I put on almost 15 kilos -I cant lose the weight
My skin has gone bad
I am always sick
I have been prayed over,been praying for so long
I feel so alone right now
I am sorry please pray I need God but it is as if no answers are there

No wonder you feel depressed this would be simply awful to go through..
I will pray for your complete healing and a reversal of symptoms so that you can move forward in joy and hope..
I believe it is GODS will for you to be whole and well.. and I believe that you will recover..

I will believe with you that all symptoms gone in JESUS name.. all sources healed in JESUS name.. and your health returned to normal and peace and hope in your heart..

Just snipping a quote, as one example of obviously being written by a person who knows MY God!! You folks here are the real deal, so please pray for me.
I first got filled with the Holy Ghost 25 years ago, and every day since has been on borrowed time medically speaking. Jesus certainly gives abundant life, but physically I've been unable to keep up lately. I took that as a cue to slow down months ago, and yet there's been no recuperation; I've only gotten weaker.
I've got respiratory problems from one end of the system to the other. Medical science has never done any good, and treatments have only caused intolerable side effects. I do take natural supplements that bring some relief, but this is not the same thing as the power of God's miraculous or instantaneous healing; it just doesn't stop God.
I also have many pinched nerves, which I believe are the root of the problem. Also allergies have been even worse than normal the last 2 growing seasons. (It's been wetter than normal here)
You ready for the funny part? God wants me to play trumpet. When I practice, Jesus shows up to give me lessons. Not physically, (I wish!) but He's a great teacher as well as our Wonderful Counselor. God calls "those things that are not, to confound those things that are." Yep, that's me.
So next time you happen to be in the throne room and feel like tarrying a little longer ...

PS Spiritually God is just Blessing my socks off, particularly since I signed up on CF. I really feel He is preparing me for miraculous healing.
