Congrats Evie on making 3 years - I am only a new non-smoker as I 've been quit for only 9 days, but with the love of the Lord and constant , I am getting through it
Keep it up, I found it easy for the first couple of weeks but then it got a little more difficult after the novelty of the effort had worn off. But it was only difficult for a couple more weeks and now I have been off the filthy cigs for almost all of this year and now have virtually no urge whatsoever.

That is awesome! Keep us updated on how it is all going. I must admit that most days I don't even think about it. It is like High School - a distant memory that doesn't affect my daily living!

Congratulations there. Smoking is bad and it causes carcinomas not only to you, but also to other people. Anyways, thank God for that one.
