If they want to put in the 15 hours a day in order to make the place run, I say the business owners deserve every cent they get, at least the small business owners do. But tax the small business owners, and that is the exact scenario that you will have. They will see the blood, sweat, and tears they poured into their businesses, and choose to lay off employees, because as far as resources go, jobs are the most expendable, and it's really not even close. Why else would jobs be almost impossible to find in this economy? Because nobody's hiring. But by all means, continue the same idiotic fiscal policies that ran companies out of Michigan (Obama almost gave Jobless Jenny, as she's known in the Mitten, a cabinet post. We would have been in serious trouble had that gone through. She already ruined the state I was raised in, I don't want her ruining the nation, too), and watch the jobs and companies fly overseas so fast it'll make Obama's head spin.
Small businesses are not going overseas.
That said I eally want Obama to stop promising so much,

So tonight, let us ask ourselves – if our children should live to see the next century; if my daughters should be so lucky to live as long as Ann Nixon Cooper, what change will they see? What progress will we have made?
This is our chance to answer that call. This is our moment. This is our time – to put our people back to work and open doors of opportunity for our kids; to restore prosperity and promote the cause of peace; to reclaim the American Dream and reaffirm that fundamental truth – that out of many, we are one; that while we breathe, we hope, and where we are met with cynicism, and doubt, and those who tell us that we can’t, we will respond with that timeless creed that sums up the spirit of a people:
Yes We Can. "

Wasn't one of the chief concerns about the stimulus package that CEOs would just pocket the money as "bonuses"?
The because it was designed by morons. A compitent government could have avoided that by sticking in prison sentences for those who misuse government bailout money.
